In spring 2013, Oliver Shine, Swiss DJ, musician and composer conducted a day-long workshop at Tumo. He discussed DJ-ing and using the DJ Booth equipment with Tumo members. He then asked each workshop participant to enter an ad hoc competition by sending him one of their mixes. The winner was 17 year old David Stepanyan with his fusion piece based on traditional Armenian music.

After getting acquainted with DJ Booth, the participants made original versions of their favorite songs. The winner, David Stepanyan, upgraded a famous 20th century Armenian song "Ov Siroun, Siroun", making it more relevant to contemporary trends popular with people of his own age.
