Today, Tumo, the Embassy of India in Armenia and the Ministry of Education of Armenia signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the "India in My Imagination" drawing and essay competition.

The competition is taking place in the run up to India's Republic Day on January 26th 2015. The aim of the competition is to increase knowledge about India among students in Armenia. "India in My Imagination" is open to 6th to 12th graders from all over Armenia. Students will be split into two groups: 6th-8th grade and 9-12th grade. They can choose to enter the competition by submitting either an essay or drawing depicting the India of their imagination.

There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners from each group and each category. The 1st place winners will get a once in a lifetime 7 day trip to Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.
