If you pay close attention when checking out the games added to Google Play this month, you will notice that two of them are created by Tumo students. Polygon was the first, and the second is Thy Tower Quest.

The game was created by Binary Quasar Studio founded last year by three friends: Tigran Grigoryan, Levon Demurchyan and Arman Barekamyan. They joined Armine Harutunyan in November 2014 to create Thy Tower Quest which is about a witch and her crazy tower which keeps escaping from her as she tries to build it with your help. Armine, a long time Tumo student, is the artist behind the game. She spoke to us about the advantages and disadvantages of working as an animator in a team of gamers. "The boys love the fantasy style in games, but I prefer a more classic approach. Ultimately, we decided to use a medieval British style for the game levels and characters, as well as the language and music of the game."

Armine has participated in almost all animation, comics and drawing workshops at Tumo. She was a member of the "Color" animation team and produced her first animation at Tumo. She is currently studying animation and fine arts in the Department of Stage Design at the Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema. "A career in stage design isn't that common, but it's very interesting. My studies at the university combine literature and drawing and this is the reason why I think this profession is the best option for me."

Binary Quasar is currently in the process of developing new releases of Thy Tower Quest and has already started working on another game.
