Today, cinematographer Aleksandr Kuznetsov kicked off his two week workshop on the art of cinematography at Tumo.

Fifteen students are taking part in the advanced level workshop focusing on composition, camera movement and lighting to achieve the perfect shot in cinematography. Students are split into three groups. Each group will shoot the same script with the same actors, but using the conventions of a different genre: comedy, horror and drama. They will learn how lighting, angles, camera movement and other visual components affect the final production.
