An exciting opportunity is coming soon for Tumo students interested in video production, writing, photography and social media. Yahoo Travel writer Greg Keraghosian, who has travelled all over the world, will be at Tumo for three weeks from April 27 to work with students who have wonder and curiosity for travel.
The hands-on workshop will give participants a chance to use a mix of modern technology in the classroom and news gathering and interviewing outside the classroom to create an engaging travel blog about Armenia. Every participant will contribute to the blog by exploring their passions and telling stories about Yerevan and other parts of Armenia, whether they are related to historic monuments, a favorite food stand or an inspiring person.
The blog will be regularly updated by Tumo students and will give travel enthusiasts who have never been to Armenia an engaging portrait of what the country has to offer.
