Have you heard of Nickelodeon's multi award winning "Kung Fu Panda: Legend of Awesomeness" and "Monsters vs Aliens"? Rosaline Babayan, who makes the characters in these TV series move, is coming to Tumo on May 5 to kick off an inspiring three week animation workshop.

Rosaline is a Sydney based animator who will be sharing her extensive experience of working on TV series, games, music videos and exhibitions with students at Tumo. Participants will begin with studying the fundamental principles of traditional animation and 3D animation in Maya. They will then have a unique opportunity to work with Babayan on exploring animation workflows through a number of small project based exercises.

Rosaline Babayan is a graduate of award winning school Animation Mentor, where she was trained by animation professionals from Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks and Industrial Light & Magic. She has over five years of experience in lecturing and course development in areas such as digital media, 2D and 3D animation, and motion capture.
