A brand new delivery service mobile application will be available at your fingertips in just a month. Tumo students Hayk Adamyan, Anahit Talasyan and Martin Hovhannisyan have been working tirelessly for the past 12 weeks, as part of Microsoft Innovation Center's pre-acceleration program, to bring smart phone users in Yerevan a voice operated fast delivery service accommodating their shopping needs, in the form of the dHunt application.

Hayk, Anahit and Martin decided to work together as a team after participating in an iOS development workshop at Tumo. The idea to take the next step and create a startup up came about when the team participated in the Hackathon [YAN] Gyumri 2014 contest in November. Though they didn't win anything, they were determined to create an app which would become a change maker in online shopping. Hayk said, "We decided that we had to take every opportunity we had to make this app work so we participated in the UltraLight Hackathon on March 29th at Tumo. It was a great experience as we got to rub shoulders with people who had already gone through the process of creating a startup." Anahit added, "It was very inspirational for us as there have been times where we really thought we wouldn't be able to do it, but meeting others who kept encouraging us was really motivational."

The 12 weeks of the acceleration program are now over and the team will be pitching their innovative idea at the MIC Demo Day at Tumo on Sunday.

We wish the dHunt team luck!
