In the first two weeks of December, Tumo learning coach and workshop leader Sergey Isakhanyan ran a 3D modeling and printing workshop at Tumo Dilijan.

Fifteen students participated in the workshop in the run up to the Christmas festivities. They were introduced to the fundamentals of three-dimensional modeling. Participants explored the interaction between 2D and 3D forms using Rhinoceros software. After getting a grasp of the software they designed digital Christmas decorations. The digital models produced in the workshop were then transformed into physical objects using the 3D printing technology.

The models are now hanging on the Christmas tree or being used as festive decorations at Tumo Dilijan.
