Sisters Seda and Tatev Hayrapetyan have been doing everything together since childhood. They were in the same class at school and went to the same music school, Yerevan State Conservatory.

They came to Tumo together for the first time in September 2011 when Tumo had just opened. "We had heard that it was an after-school program connected with creative technologies. We live near Tumo and we had been watching the development of the construction and its completion, so it was very interesting for us to see what it was going to become after it opened" said Seda. They were 16 years old and knew very little about electronic music. Tatev confessed that "before Tumo we were only playing classical music. We didn't even imagine we could compose music by ourselves. Now we use different programs to write music with great pleasure."

"The first workshop we took part in was a digital music workshop using Garage Band on iPads. After taking part in a number of other workshops, coach Narek suggested that we create soundtracks for 15 short films which would be created for another workshop at Tumo. We were afraid that we wouldn't be able to do it, but we did! That's when our interest in composing music started to increase. After that we created music for Tumo's Twisted Christmas video game and the short animated film Color.''

The sisters are especially interested in writing music for films and games. They are currently doing freelance work for Frismos, a mobile game development company operating in the Tumo's. "Both composing and academic performance are important for us. We are planning to participate in more interesting projects and want to always keep in touch with Tumo.''
