From January 13 to February 8, Tumo will be offering a new workshop on blogging and new media, where participants will learn how to use blogging tools and techniques in several fields and will study the effect of media on modern everyday life.

Workshop participants will study the history of blogging, and how the blogosphere developed and reached its peak. They will learn how to use blogging site and try to use a blog as a marketing tool as well as discover the principles of blogging as used in journalism and the media industry. The workshop will be led by Google Development Group member Vardan Papikyan.

All Tumo members are welcome to participate. Applications may be filled out here. An orientation meeting will take place on December 26, at 18:00 at the Tumo bleachers.
