On July 3rd at 19:00, architect and computational designer Biayna Bogosian will give a public lecture entitled "Algorithmic Design: Responding to Environmental Data Patterns".

The lecture will focus on her research interest in converging disparate computational platforms and using algorithmic design workflows which utilize environmental data patterns to generate form. She will expand on the use of algorithmic design methodology in both geometry generation and the creation of physical objects, using a number of her recent built and speculative projects.

Biayna is a PhD candidate in the Division of Media Arts and Practice in the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California. She holds a Master of Science degree in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Woodbury University.
