Tumo welcomed over 100 people for internet expert and angel investor Haig Kayserian's discussion on "Startup to Business" in partnership with Microsoft Innovation Center. Kayserian spoke about the potential for Armenia to produce several tech startup success stories every year, stressing the importance of founders, mentors and investors playing a part in making it happen.
The industry expert elaborated on how to develop a startup into a stable business by focusing on every step of the journey, from the idea, strategy and product, to how to get sustainable growth and customers, and how to tell when to give up or pursue with a startup idea. He believes that "a startup is a fairytale, a love story whose happy ending is the business".
Haig Kayserian is an internet business expert, entrepreneur and angel investor who has co-founded and invested in over a dozen U.S. based technology startups. He is the founder of international companies KAYWEB and KAYWEB Angels. He has been quoted and recognized for his work by a number of mass and tech media brands.
