Celebrating International Animation Day

On October 28th, in parallel with the ReAnimania International Animation Film Festival Tumo is hosting an exciting series of events to celebrate International Animation Day for the second year running.


In addition to talks with award winning animator, director and founder of Single Frame Films Gary Schwartz and Disney's "Arjun: The Warrior Prince" director Arnab Chaudhuri, there will be animation activities for both Tumo students and young members of the public throughout the afternoon. Chaudhuri's "Arjun: The Warrior Prince" will also be screened at 5:30pm.


This year has been the year of animation at Tumo with a series of guest workshops with international specialists including Liz Artinian, Zaruhi Galstyan and Arman Akopian. The results of these workshops will be exhibited throughout the day. Additionally, Tumo startup Yelling Animation Studio will be showcasing its work.
