KIN International Women's Film Festival at Tumo

This Saturday November 1st at 14:00, Tumo is hosting a retrospective screening of director Gayane Martirosyan's animation films as part of the 11th annual KIN International Women's Film Festival.
Martirosyan will give a talk followed by a question and answer session with the audience after the screenings of some of her most prominent films: "The Secret of the Dragon Carpet", "War on Our Street" and "On the Wings of the Wind".
The KIN International Women's Film Festival promotes women's creativity and establishes a network between women filmmakers from different parts of the world. The purpose of the festival is to address women's rights and gender issues through the medium of film. Animations, documentary, short and feature films from over 15 countries will be screened throughout the weeklong festival.
