A new workshop exploring a mix of digital art practices launched at Tumo with workshop leader Kamee Abrahamian.

Participants will have the opportunity to try their hand at mediums such as stop motion, digital image collaging, animation, gif-making, and sound collaging. In a flexible and dynamic learning environment, they will get the opportunity to either concentrate on one discipline or to take a multidisciplinary approach and experiment across various digital production options.

Initially working individually or in small groups, workshop participants will converge toward a collaborative final project focusing on themes such as memory, history, time, perception, dreams, and narrative structures. The workshop's end result will be multimedia digital art pieces to be showcased in a group exhibit.

Kamee Abrahamian is a digital artist working with film, photography and other digital media. She is based in Armenia where she spends most of her time when she is not travelling for work or study. Kamee is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Switzerland, concentrating on the use of digital media in expressive art therapy and education.
