Exploring the City - Yerevan Photos at Tumo

On April 21 Dutch ambassador Pieter Langenberg and the director of the Flemish-Dutch cultural institution deBuren, Dorian van der Brempt announced the opening of Citybooks Yerevan, a photography exhibition at Tumo. Photos describing Yerevan as a city that is undergoing big changes, were taken by Belgian photographer Pieter-Jan De Pue for Citybooks Yerevan. The project was implemented by deBuren and supported by the Dutch Embassy.
Prior to the exhibition opening, Italian photographer Andrea Galiazzo, who took the photos for Citybooks Venice, led a photography workshop for Tumo students. The photos taken by workshop participants also became part of the exhibition that will be open to public untill April 28, from 12:00-20:00 at the Tumo library.
